Terms of Use
Effective 6 September 2026. Applies to emotereporter.junglewalrus.com.
By using 7TV Emote Pruner ("the service") you agree to these terms. The service is a free hobby project run by Junglewalrus, an individual. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
What the service does
The service reads public Twitch VOD chat replays, counts how often each 7TV emote in a channel's set is used, and shows a report with links to 7tv.app. It does not modify any emote set itself. Removing an emote is something you do on 7tv.app, under 7TV's own terms.
Not affiliated
Not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Twitch or 7TV. "Twitch" and "7TV" are trademarks of their respective owners. Your use of those platforms is governed by their terms, and they may change or restrict access to the data the service depends on at any time.
Acceptable use
- Use the service for its intended purpose: reviewing emote usage for channels you moderate, own, or are curious about.
- Only prune emote sets you have the right to edit. The service is a guide, not authority to change someone else's set.
- Do not attempt to bypass the daily scan caps, rate limits, or sign-in, or to scrape, overload, or interfere with the service.
- Do not use the service to harass, target, or build profiles of individual chatters. Reports show aggregate counts only, and that is deliberate.
Limits and availability
Scanning is subject to daily caps per user, per channel, and across the whole service. Caps may change without notice. The service may be paused, changed, or shut down at any time, and stored reports may be cleared. Reports are estimates built from whatever VODs Twitch still exposes and can be incomplete or out of date.
Accounts
Signing in with Twitch creates a lightweight account used only to enforce limits and identify channel owners. Abuse of the service may result in your account being blocked. What is stored is described in the Privacy Policy.
No warranty
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Decisions you make based on a report, including removing emotes, are your own.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Junglewalrus is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service, including any action taken on 7tv.app or Twitch as a result of a report.
Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use after the effective date above means you accept the current version.
